We use your information exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your identity, store and display your vault content, process payments for paid plans, and communicate important service updates. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Service.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Your vault content is stored in secure, access-controlled databases. Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: with trusted individuals you explicitly designate through the Service's sharing features, with payment processors (Stripe) to process subscription payments (they receive only payment information, not your vault content), and when required by law or valid legal process.

When you designate a trusted person and share access, only the information you choose to include in your shared view becomes accessible to them. You maintain full control over what is shared and can revoke access at any time. We do not independently grant access to any third party.

You have the right to access all data stored in your vault at any time. You can edit or delete any information you've added. You can export your data. You can delete your account, which will remove your personal data from our systems. You can revoke trusted access at any time. If you have questions about your data, contact us through the application's support channels.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a paid subscription, your data remains accessible under the free plan. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that profile your behavior.
